Retired Chief Justice of Zimbabwe, Godfrey Chidyausiku has died.
He was 70.
According to Zimbabwe’s national broadcaster (ZBC) Chidyausiku died in Johannesburg where he was receiving treatment.
The late Retired Chief Justice Chidyausiku was suffering from kidney and liver complications, adding that arrangements are being made to repatriate his body for burial back home.
Retired Chief Justice Chidyausiku, who had reached his constitutional retirement age, retired at the end of February this year after serving as Zimbabwe’s Chief Justice for more than 15 years.
