All this sums up a man who has grown taller than his height due to overflowing fame and success.

The Man of the moment, Jah Prayzah, took to his heels at Glen Forest Cemetery after angry mourners viciously came after him during the burial of his former security man, Chrispen Nyemba.

In a video, which has since gone viral, the lanky musician is seen running for his dear life as some irate mourners charged at him.

Some sources claim that the Mdara Vachauya hitmaker had not offered any assistance towards Nyemba’s burial, leaving relatives and friends seething with anger. Other sources have claimed that it was the work of rogue political elements who want to tarnish the musician’s glowing image.

“Jah Prayzah dumped Chrispen. He failed to contribute even a dollar towards the burial of his former security, that is cruel. When he was phoned, he claimed to be in a meeting and only to come at the burial with his aides, who pushed and shoved people, which angered some mourners who started pelting him,” a source is quoted in the Newsday.

Jah Prayzah has managed to do what he loves best, that is create hits and be the tall, eye catching artist he has dreamt of being.

He has broken records for clinging strategic collaborations with artists from across the African continent.

However while the act of violence is unacceptable, the recent development may dent the talented musician’s towering image.

This is not the first time Jah Prayzah has angered fans and the public, earlier this year in Gokwe he left fans disgruntled.

He was accused of ‘robbing’ his Gokwe fans by staging a late four-hour show performance at Club Junior.

In 2016 the Murewa-born musician made headlines for the wrong reasons after failing to comply with police orders and tried to evade arrest at a toll-gate along the Gweru Shurugwi.

Jah Prayzah allegedly violated other Road Traffic Act sections, including driving an unregistered Mercedes-Benz E320.

He went as far as ordering his troop of band members to remove the cone barricades at the tollgate, according to reports.

The issue was later resolved.

Only last weekend Jah Prayzah scratched a honet’s nest in Masvingo when fans threw

missiles at him as he entered the stage very late. Revellers who had braved the chilly weather ran out of patience and started throwing missiles, forcing Jah Prayzah and his team to abandon the show.

Band Manager Keen Mushapaidze blamed the promoters for poor organisation.

On Saturday, in the capital, Jah Prayzah’s band members were stoned by angry revellers as the contemporary crooner also took his time to come to the stage. The band members had gone for more than 30 minutes doing a sound check.

That Jah Prayzah has managed to achieve, in a short time, what many musicians failed in a life time is not a lie.

With his new album ( Kutonga Kwaro) fairly doing well, Mukudzei should just cool down, humble himself and let his music speak for him while he enjoys the fruits of his sweat.
