Zimbabwe’s former Prime Minister and main opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai’s health condition continues to deteriorate amid reports that his doctors have indicated he has three months to live.

According to Zimbabwe’s Newsday, doctors have also reportedly stopped Tsvangirai from transfer to Germany to attend two chemotherapy sessions and meet an unnamed Zimbabwean prophet.

“In a final bid to turn his health fortunes, Tsvangirai is set to fly out of South Africa anytime soon for healing in Germany, where he is reportedly set to meet a prophet,”Newsday reported.

The once popular opposition leader has been in and out of hospital since he announced he was battling cancer of the colon almost two years ago.

Tsvangirai has been Mugabe’s main challenger since year 2000 and has contested against former President Robert Mugabe in three presidential elections claiming victory in two polls.

Now that the veteran politician face uncertain times, the opposition MDC-T, has drifted into political battlefield as top officials plot for the future.
